Contractual Review Procurement/Contracts
The Contractual Review office is responsible for assisting the field units with processing of all personal, professional, consulting and social services contracts. The Louisiana Revised Statues Title 39:1481-1526 directly addresses the laws governing Professional, Personal, Consulting, and Social Services Contracts. The office rules and regulations of the Office of Contractual Reivew appear in Title 34, Part V of the Louisiana Administrative Code. A list of current contracts with the Department can be found at:
