The Procurement and Contractual Review Division (PROCRD) has a delegated purchasing authority of $25,000 with unlimited authority for items purchased for canteen resale. Generally, all bids let through PROCRD are posted to the Louisiana Procurement and Contract Network (LaPAC). PROCRD does not maintain an automated in-house bid list.
