Monthly Statistical Performance Report: Briefing Book
Provides population information, demographic profiles of state inmates and offenders under Probation and Parole supervision, budget information, and recidivism rates among other things.
Quarterly Statistical Performance Report (QSPR): 2008 3rd Quarter
This document is a more in-depth look at a variety of information collected at both the institutional and community corrections (Probation and Parole) levels. QSPR information collected includes: demographics, educational testing and participation, health care, mental health contacts, disciplinary activity, assaults, food costs, Probation and Parole violations, offender monitoring, Human Resources analysis, budget analysis and Prison Enterprises sales.

Under Louisiana law, particularly the provisions of R.S. 15:574.12, the records of offenders, past, present, or future, in the custody of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Corrections Services, is confidential and cannot be disclosed, directly or indirectly, to anyone. This is not to say that some information, in the hands of another state agency or subdivision of the state, is not available, but pursuant to state law, while held by this Department it is confidential.
Consequently, we are unable to accommodate any request for any kind of data sharing on any terms.
